Here are the details of th Booking id e outstanding amount 1 JPS621K1F total amount 94608 outstanding rs 27291 INR 27291 i took zoom car. i told the collector that there is no damage.. he put damage charges on his own ... on my account. initially i had to pay 56000 somsething than after damage charges made on me forcebly when i check my app rnr nd also collector didnt tell me of fuel charges can be refunded ii dint carry the other bills .i read online that fuel will be refunded... however i am attaching one bill pls check same.. thank u' customer care says it was written while on booking, how i check the app was too slow to work atleast executive always tell abt the norms and fuel can be refunded . my friend took myles he was aware of all the norms told by executive and also and he was given compensation for his self driving car though not the entire money . and i already have paid 65000 rs to zoom car . still they are asking 27000 rs more . i cud buy a new car in this price . We did have a check and see that our team has already reached out to you and shared an update regarding the charges levied. In regarding to the fuel refund, it is clearly mentioned in our policies that the customer should upload the original fuel receipt post the booking for us to validate and refund the same.
