[Resolved] Zoom Car — case[protected] refund status horrible experience | |||||
Booking id: jps64r7ed, done on 29th july 2018 I have done the booking and submit the driving licence on 29th july. but team zoom car has declined the booking on account of driving licence issue. so i have not even touched the car. Now keep on requesting for the refund but with no help from the zoom car team. One of their team member (stephen) has sent email stated that the refund is initiated to the source account (my credit card) but nothing has happened till date Was this information helpful? | |||||
