[Resolved] Zoom Car — charged 4000 for tyre damage | |||
It is my first and last worst experience with zoomcar. I booked the car which was available at my place, but i got a call from zoomcar stating i would be allocated a car 8 kms away from point of booking. I had to travel 15 kms to pick up and drop the car. Due to which i could only utilize 40 kms out of free 55 kms. Also a additional 6 kms charge was leived on me. But this was not a end. Later on i saw a outstanding of 4000 against my booking stating tyre damage. It is ridiculous 4000 for a tyre damage. When i left the car everything was ok. Zoomcar is cheating customers stating tyre damage. I saw similar case of cheating by zoomcar stating tyre damage. When i asked for pics of the damge no response from support team. I was sent attached pics. Wheel was damaged not during the ride but elsewhere, how come so severe damage has been made to wheel without any dent or damage on car body elsewhere.
