[Resolved] Zoom Car — charged me 10000 after submitting car | |
I booked a audi q3 2 month earlier and informed zoomcar in advance to ensure everything should be fine even after that all they gave mercedes gla 200 because q3 was not available. I said okay and went to pick up car Car had no lock and there was problem.. Still i took this car. After returning from trip i gave car to that guy at zoomcar fleet He checked car he run car and after coming from test drive he told me fuel level is low and late fee would be charged i told thats okay then he charged me that from my deposit then we came home. And then in morning i get message that i have been charged 10000 and 1000 rs inconvenience charges!! I was shocked for what damage they charging me.. We are sorry to know about the disappointment caused during your reservation. Based on the complaint raised we did have a check. We find that the vehicles had sticker marks on the bonnet because of which the paint of the vehicle is peeled off. Also, the key of the vehicle is broke. Therefore, you have been charged accordingly.
