[Resolved] Zoom Car — Charges not able to justify fully. Charging full for tyres already bad | |||
Had a very bad experience with Zoom Car. Tire was old and was flat on my way back. But they charged me for new tyre. Not able to justify, Firstly, there is no assistance if anything go wrong with car. When the tyre was flat, I call customer care and inform them, but was told to manage that on my own. The tyre had bad nuts and was not able to remove with the tools provided. Have to travel 6 KM on hot sunny day to find for tyre person, The car was pretty dirty. Would take this on serious note and request not to go with Zoom cars anytime. I have spend 800 Rs on fixing this and have no refunds, Also, still waiting on concrete justification on why charging 4000 when tyre were old and bad. Was this information helpful? | |||
