[Resolved] Zoom Car — charging extra money | |||||
Sir i have booked car from zoom car In returning their is only minor scratch in the car the executive also said that it is on the only one area but they are charging very heavy charges for it. They have also not returned my security deposit now they are saying they will send the legal notice to me for not making payment This is not right. This is violation of our right. All your allegations are illegal that you are imposing on me I have not drive any excess kms also I had delivered the car on time
All the extra charges are not legal as your executive also verified it with a okay report
You are imposing unnecessary extra charges for the booking I am not bound to pay all this charges as per your notice.
Your executive does not tell/inform anything about the extra kms driven by me when I returned the car
you are requested to rectify it and i also frame a good image against zoom car
