Hi,

I had used zoomcar for my trip. When i reached there was no kne at the spot at first and no one told me to take pictures and video for the damages which were from earlier.
I used the car and due to my use there were scratches on the door. And front bumper.
As per the zoom car policy, multiple scratches are not payable.

When i told the representative about it he told that talk to customer care for this. And then he charged me for the fines of the scratches. Out of which one scrratch was there when i took the car.

Please help me.

I stared a trip on 11th Oct on cycle no.3191562. I used for about 6-7 min...and parked in pedal station with empty slots..but my trip is unable to end even not...please stop my trip and take the correct cahrge for 7-8 min

- Select “My Trips”
- Select “PEDL”
- Select the trip where issue needs to be reported
- Follow on-screen instructions

I have used pedl. Zoomcar.com cycle no. 3169317
Used from 9:00 am to 9:20 3/1/18
And locked it its been 10 hour at pedl station. But i was not able to to end trip and it is still working. And now when i went to pedl station again then didn't find that cycle there.
