[Resolved] Zoom Car — complaining about refund, cancelled booking :jps6np8hm | |
Hi, I have booked zoomcar in mysore on[protected], but that day morning exactly 30 mins before booking time, they called me and told me that car is not available and they will cancel the booking and refund within 5 working days. That day i had to book another rental car because of them. I have called many times but they will tell give us 7 days, and it is been more than a month. Now call is not connecting in my registered mobile number. Worst response ever from this company. Was this information helpful? | |
