[Resolved] Zoom Car — complaint about pedl

I had rented the pedl cycle yesterday and it was damaged which i didn't notice while scanning and when i scanned the code my pedl trip started on the app but the cycle didn't unlock.
Now my balance is getting deducted and when i try to end the trip it says lock the cycle at pedl station even when i am at the pedl station and the cycle is already locked.

From 8pm I m tried to end trip but it is not happening.I waited their 1 hr then came home..but still charging.what a worst service..anyone plz end trip

I scaned the code on the cycle but lock did not open but time kept on running even though i clicked end trip it did not end, i did not use the cycle still you have charged me 24 rs it's cheeting please refund
