Zoom Car — complaint against deal shack booking attempt. | |||||
Hello team, This is mahesh (Reg mobile : [protected]) Today while booking a zoomcar under deal shack section i selected a deal on 8th january from 8 am to 8 pm. Initial attempt for booking got some error related to transaction, then i again tried booking from payment page and this time it got successful, but eventually it is showing the date as 9th january, i am not sure why. I have cancelled the booking since i would not be available on 9th. Since this is your system issue (That wrong date populated) and i have cancelled the booking withing less than 15 min time, i expect the full refund of my money.
