Hey, consumer complaints please make sure that this query reaches main authority member of this company who can change rules 03/06/2017 it was good zooming but at the end while giving car on 04//06/2017 night i have to catch the bus to allahabad i requested the man who handles zoom services in delhi to pick up the car at bus station he denies and says it costs around 10, 000 it's not good there should be minimum comforts for consumer without paying that much bill i adopt to give the car myself which results loosing the bus so please solve this. We believe our team has already shared an update regarding the escalation made. Kindly note, you should drop the vehicle at the same location from where you pick as per the policy.
