[Resolved]  Zoom Car — could not unlock the cycle

I booked a zoomcar pedl and trip started but the cycle did not unlock. I am still deducted money for that from my paytm account. I have already mailed at the feedback email about my refund also complaint in email. No response.

PS- You guys have a pathetic customer support. Please do not run your business if you do not even have a customer care number.

The company gave me a call and sent a person to check the bicycle after confirming the situation they ended my trip inquired few more things over email following which I got my refund
