[Resolved] Zoom Car — customer care | |||
It was very unfortunate to be hiring a car from zoom car. While on ride wanted to check the kms reading of the car henece called customer care, mr sujoy shiva was so unprofessional while on call, later he remote contolled our car and the car continously honk it self without us doing anything for half an hour. I hope he was taking out frustration. Kindly justify for the embaresment and the bad service faced. +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |||

I booked a cycle (No. 3168847) from the zoom car pedl app and i tried to end the trip from the app after locking the cycle& keeping it at pedl station only.
But i am not able to end the trip even though the cycle is locked.
Can you please check...
