Booking id - jps6t3kh7 This is the first time i have booked the zoom, i have been trying numerous numbers of the customer care of the zoom car and there is no single service number working. I have made a wrong booking and i want to change the booking and there is no clear information regarding the changes in booking made right now by mistake and guess what there is no conformation call upon the booking Was this information helpful? | |||||

We have strict policies regarding the driving license as that is the only document we verify for customers to avail the service. We did check on the issue stated and see that the driving licence has been declined due to the name mismatch. Request you to upload the original driving licence for us to validate and approve it.
