Zoom Car — cycle unlocking issue

I had written a query in the help and support section of the zoomcar app regarding problem in the unlocking system of the bicycle, there's no response on my query yet. This is to bring into your notice that my trip started but the cycle never really got unlocked. I tried to end my trip but unfortunately that happened neither. And now i have been asked to pay the outstanding for my iternary even after not using the services. I really want to know what exactly is going wrong with your services? Please contact me as there's no particular number to lodge a complaint and if email is the only mode of communication, you better act pro actively and resolve my issue.
Same problem as reported earlier by another user.

Zoom Car - No help from Zoom for 4 hours on the highway after a breakdown. Instead charged for 5k for vehicle damages.
