[Resolved]  Zoom Car — damage charges taken from me after the final inspection was done and nothing was told then

My booking id: jps64eg1y. Dated 15/10/18 (06:30pm) till 17/10/18 (03:30am). I had returned the car to zoomcar representative mr prakash (Mb: [protected]). He had inspected the car thoroughly and had given us the noc for the same as there was no damage to the car. Afterwards i came to know that i am being charged rs 2000/- for the damage which i had not done. How can you claim me this amount after you have given the final noc after delivery of the car from me.
You people only ask us to show video of the car. After giving the car back we had deleted the videos how can we give the videos now.
This is a very shameful act from your side.
I had rebooked for the second time booking id: jps642lu6. My family with an infant had to wait at the airport for an hour until and unless i clear the old bill of rs 1400/- which u people claimed for the first booking.
The person mr prakash was very rude while speaking to us. This type of people ruin the reputation of the company like yours. He should be immediately removed from the job for the defamation of your company.
We are a frequent customer of zoomcar but this type of nature of person really will
Make us think twice before booking again in the near future.
After delivery of the car how can u claim the damage, the damamge can also be done by the person over there after we gave the car back.
Your customer care people only ask for the proof of the videos. Why don’t u people make a video in earlier and show us the same before claiming.
