[Resolved] Zoom Car — deposit refund issue since very long time - jps6t2osq | |||||
I have booked car from zoom with Booking ID: JPS6T2OSQ from Credit Card, for which the refund amount has to be received for deposit. i have done complaint so many times to ZoomCar support, they just send the auto generated email. The booking was done on 23 SEP 17, with amount of 8360/- (Deposit 5000/-). This very same issue is repeated from previous booking also. No Call complaint can be registered, no local office address, and even they do not respond to Emails. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Mar 14, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved zoom car support sent a request page of booking id and payment banking info, which later used to transfer the refund amount. Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
