On 06 dec'18 i booked a zoom car and i paid the total of 5000 deposits after the trip i should get the refund of my money its almost more than 2 months but i have not received my refund when ever i try to call zoom car suuport they are not responding and not taking any responsibility about the customers its just showing refund has been initiated but i have not received any refund in my bank account, wrst service ever My booking id is:jps6fj69c Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Feb 14, 2019 Zoomcar Customer Care's response Hello Roshni, Greetings! Upon checking, we find that the refund for the booking was initiated on 08/12/18 at 05:10 AM.
