[Resolved]  Zoom Car — end trip problem

Hello sir,
I have three complain regarding end trip.
(1). I booked pedl cycle (100492) from IIT Bombay, Mumbai on[protected] at 10:22pm and end trip at 11:21pm on same day. An amount of ₹2 is deducted from my paytm account and message received that end trip completed.
But again on mobile screen end trip button came for cycle 100492.
I again end the trip at 11:23pm on same day and ₹3 deducted from paytm account.
Total amount deducted =₹2+₹3= ₹5

(2) I booked pedl cycle 100438 at 10:50 am and use around 1 hour but unable to end trip even though I parked cycle at parking station. It shows unable to connect with paytm. At 7:08 pm end trip message come and ₹17 deducted from my paytm account but I use only around 1 hour i.e, ₹2.
At that time cycle rent was ₹1 per half an hour.
(3)I booked pedl cycle 101099 at 8:05pm on[protected] and use around 15 minutes and parked cycle at parking station, after that click on end trip an amount ₹1 deducted from paytm account but end trip not completed and end trip sign came on mobile screen. I tried so much time to time to end trip but unable to end trip. Next day 8:00am cycle automatically end trip and ₹23 due amount is shown.

I, requested to return my excess money and remove the due amount for last trip.
