[Resolved] Zoom Car — excess money charging | |||
I’ve taken a car from 1 pm to 10 pm and paid charges. I extended the booking 2 hours and also paid 244 for extention charge. Now zoomcar is saying that it is an unapproved extention fee and charged me rs 1299 saying you returned car 2 hours late. And saying it will be auto debited from your card till tomorrow. Literally unhappy from zoomcar. Solve my problem this much excess money i would not pay.. By sending message like this will auto debit from your card is like blackmailing me..
