Hi i m manisha, today i booked a PDEL cycle. neither it unlocked nor i was able to end the trip. They charged me 15 rs for 2hr30 min though i have not used it for a single minute.
The costumer forum is very poor, they don't provide any customer support
Kindly help me out.

Initially I got display on screen that trip ended but after some time I opened zoomcar app I saw that that previous cycle trip still on.
And even counting time as well as amount..
