[Resolved] Zoom Car — extra outstanding money

When, i have drop my car which i have drop zoomcar booking: jps6n7e1o xuv 500 at time which they have given after 3hrs they are giving me msg that you have not dropped car still yet than i
Have contact them to complete my booking after 1hrs i received a msg of complete booking and in mail i got a msg that you have not paid outstanding money they have added a money for not dropping car on time
But i have drop at time which i have given from in first the app is showing where you have to drop
So that's why i have drop there i think my work is done then i returned to my home but they added money of delay dropping of car
I have send parking bill and screen shot of address which i have shown but then also they added money
Plss solve my problem as fast as
