[Resolved] Zoom Car — fake damage charges imposed | |||
I had booked zoom car on 20/07/2019 with booking I'd JPS6XC88H I have ended my trip safety and uploaded the live images of the car in zoom car app during parking and ended the trip. When I have checked in the app next day I., e on 21/07/2019 they have imposed an damage charge of 4000 rs unneccessarily without proofs and trying to loot money from customers. I have sent emails with car pictures but there is no response from them and customer care support number also not reachable. Zoom cars are making fraud by charging fake charges on customers. I have the proofs if this issue doesn't get sorted out with in few days, I am ready to take it to next level will proceed legally with proofs of car which I have. Was this information helpful? | |||
