Zoom Car — fake damaged tyre charge case 764595 | |
I’d a very smooth ride on 22nd march 2018 and the tyre damage didn’t happen during my ride. I’ve been a very loyal and a regular customer with you but with this experience i have a strong feeling that i might stop using your service anymore. Moreover you have shared an image of a tyre holder by an individual person. How does that justify that it belongs to my car, it happened during my ride. Please let me know. Please share the image of the tyre of the same location before my ride started. If you have to prove me guilty then it has to be with a substantial proof. This post has been written with a lots of frustration as i never expected this from zoom car team. Zoom team, what’s happening here is with these invalid charges you are loosing trust of your regular customer. I used to refer my friends and family to zoom car but now i would hasitate to refer you any one in this earth. Please note that your customer team told me that the collection team would get back to me. Please don’t try to threaten your customer with all these statement, it doesn’t sutes a reputed company Please take off this invalid charges of my account if you want me to continue business with you or let the charges be on the account as i would never ever ever pay for something that i’m not responsible for.
