[Resolved] Zoom Car — false car cleaning charges and harassment by zoomcar | |||
I booked zoomcar for 17 September, 2018 on occasion of ganpati visargen. The car was parked in a residential building and no ground executive was there. I paid INR 572 for the booking, however from next day onwards I was asked by zoomcar for new outstanding entry of INR 1000 against car cleaning. I didn't do any kind of smoking, eating etc inside the car for which they are charging. It was ganpati visargen and people were using gulal. Since the car was all wet already before pick up, some gulal was stuck to it's rear side and some on body. Now, they are showing me pics of some old spots which I didn't notice as it was night time, and asking me to pay cleaning charges. This is completely wrong from zoomcar side. I would have clean that gulal by myself if that is such a problem but I am not willing to pay this wrongful charge. It is not mention anywhere in the policy that I cannot take vehicle in the areas where exterior gets dirty. Now through this forum I want to register compalint against the company for the harresment and wastage of time. Was this information helpful? | |||
