[Resolved]  Zoom Car — false damage charges levied by zoomcar, booking id jps64v927 on 19 oct, 2018 (brezza)

Reference to booking id jps64v927 on 19 oct, 2018 (Brezza).
Zoomcar have falsely charges inr. 2000 stating some damage. Whereas the vehicle was returned in as is condition (Condition same during pick-up and drop-off).
Moreover no person from zoomcar handed over vehicle during pick-up, nor received the vehicle during drop-off. When the consent between two parties (Customer & zoomcar) is judged. Zoomcar is not supposed to levies false charges to customer.
Now i demand zoomcar to waive off the false damage charges and refund inr. 2000 including interest (Basic saving bank interest of 3%).
Request your intervention in investigation and provide the justice to customer.

We did have a check on the damage charges and have validated the same. We find that the damage charges are valid. We are sorry, we will be unable to reverse the damage charges levied on the booking. Hoping for your kind understanding in this regard.

My account is also blacklisted unneccessarily without any mail or prior intimation. Everytime i try to do the booking it showing you account has been blacklisted.
Im a regular user and I couldn't book any car in case of emergency. Please do the needful.

Upon checking we see the Driving Licence which you have uploaded under the email id r.maliwar@gmail.com has been already registered in other Zoomcar account in the mail id - [email protected] We regret we will not be able to approve the same Driving Licence in the different account.
