[Resolved]  Zoom Car — falsely charged for no damage done to the car

These zoom car people are cheaters. I booked a vehicle on 22nd july in the midnight 11.30 p. M. (Approx) and returned the car at 6 a. M. Of 23rd july. We bardly moved the car from one place to other. We travelled about 50 kms at max. There was no damage done to the car. Not even a single scratch. I clicked the pictures of the car before and after the ride. They look the same. But then, these so called cheaters sent me an email asking me to pay the amount of rs 4000 saying that some damage was done to the car. The total fair i paid was 750 inr for the ride. No damage was done to the car and even after uploading all the pictures they are charging me with some unaccounted damage without any proof that the damage was caused when the car is under my use. This is completely unfair and i say whoever are facing the same issue should sue the company. I tried to call customer care but i wont get connected to a single person. When i mail [protected]@zoomcar.com they will send some automated reply. Now they have even sent me a recovery notice saying that failure of payment will lead them to file a case against me. What are my options? Please help me with this. Should i sue these people for this? Or do i just have to wait and show all proofs in court?
