[Resolved]  Zoom Car — fraudulently charged damage fee

Dear zoomcar team,
These pics with videos are taken yesterday while picking up the car and at the time your cc person was also on call. As the pickup was delayed due to incomplete address given in ur app, your cc person told to make video and pics. Kindly refund my full amount as the car was in same scratched and damaged condition at the time of pickup also.
Kindly stop harassing me from start of pick up till ending of trip by charging me these damage charges. 1st experience is a real nightmare
