[Resolved]  Zoom Car — fuel reimbursement not received

I booked zoom car on march 6, 2019. (Tata tiago)
My booking was inclusive of fuel (90 km)
When i reached the car it had no fuel and so i had to refill the fuel tank for my journey, as per the company policy any expense incurred will be reimbursed to the customer.

I wrote zoom car but no action was taken.
They told me "fuel starting and ending kilometers are 30% and 10%"
But the actual situation is that the car fuel tank was totally empty. (Can be seen through the pics uploaded on the portal before the start and at the end of the trip)

Greetings!

Based on the escalation raised, we did check and see that the fuel refund does not match the estimate. Hence, we regret we will not be able to process the refund of the amount spent on the fuel.
