Zoom Car — harassment caused by zoomcar for wrong damage fees

I had booked ford figo for pick up in pune at 9 pm on 24th aug 2018 and returned on monday night 27th aug. There was a damage fees billed to me is incorrect and here are some facts:

1. I had booked the above mentioned zoomcar ford figo (Booking id jps64w8mz) on rent starting from 9pm on friday 24th aug. However the car was handed over to me only at 10 pm. The car was not ready when i arrived and the fleet executive present at site was very impolite and reluctant to handover the car to me. While completing the checklist i could not find few documents like road tax and rent a cab scheme also the toolkit in the boot of the car, when i raised this issue to the fleet executive he was reluctant to cooperate and was extremely rude in his responses towards me.
2. The car pickup point is a very shady and dark place and it was all muddy to even walk around that place, but still i could manage to take a video of the car from outside, it was not possible to make a thorough check of the car before handover, moreover it was rainy and the car was handed over to me one hour late. I checked that the spare wheel was available in the dikki so i marked the checklist as complete.
3. On saturday morning 25th aug around 8:30am, i was driving from pune towards mahabaleshwar on highway and in the middle of the road suddenly i felt the car steering was harder to move so i stopped on the road side to check and i saw that the front right tyre was less inflated than the rest of the tyres.
4. As the highway was very busy it was not safe to change the spare wheel on the highway and i asked a villager for the nearby tyre repair shop. There was one luckily close by around 100mtrs from where i had stopped the car so i drove till there.
5. The tyre repair shop guy inspected the front tyre and said it can not be repaired and suggested to use the sparewheel instead. Then he took out the spare wheel from dikki and showed me that the metal rim of the sparewheel was not in perfect condition. He suggested that it will not be safe to drive on the sparewheel as there are some bends on it and suggested me that instead of placing the sparewheel as is, he would rather swap the tyre from sparewheel to the front wheel and the tyre from front wheel to the sparewheel in dikki.
6. I called customer care immediately and informed the same on phone on saturday morning 25th aug about 9:00am while i was at the tyre repair shop. I was advised to use the spare tyre and not the spare wheel.
7. As per the instructions the tyre repair shop guy swapped the tyres and not the complete wheel from the sparewheel. So in effect the metal part of the sparewheel was never used in my entire journey.
8. The metal part of the sparewheel was already having some bends and those are not caused by me. The only damage caused during journey was the front tyre which was swapped with the spare wheel.
9. I've already shared the photos of the wheel yo prove my point but they would not listen and send one offer other reminder mails and collection notices to harass me.

If refund is not provided i intend to go to consumer court and claim for mental harassment i was subjected to.

At the time of returning the car the same fleet executive at the site (Same guy) was again very rude and was not ready to listen and adamant that i have to pay the damage for the sparewheel even though it was not caused by me. He is very unethical unprofessional and impolite. I request you to please take necessary disciplinary actions against him and refund the damage fees billed to me in error. I have a long standing relationship with zoomcar as you can see from my records, i've been a loyal and a good customer, there have never been any such incidents in past in any of my trips, but this, one fleet executive will ruin the relationship built over many years.
Requesting you to refund the damage fees billed to me. The zoomcar guys are coming after me literally extortionate me threaten me to take legal actions and charge 18% interest and all. Very unethical and rude people. Customers matter nothing to them. Zoomcar should be banned.
