Zoom Car — haven't received a refund after 1.5 months

I had booked a zoom car on 20th may 2020 i haven't received the refund yet. Its been 1 and half month now i have been contacting zoom car support several times and always the executives give reasons and extend the refund date for next 2 weeks. I am really frustrated by the service of zoom car. Now that while i contact zoom car customer care the option to speak to the agents on refund has been removed. I really need help to get my refund.
