Hi zoomcar, i was triying to book cycle station at a nearby location but mistakingly entered a wrong number 100435 and eventually trip get started, i am unable to locate cycle and i am been charged for the ride. Could you please assit in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving. The trip is still on and billing meter as well. Please stop the trip. I am unable to stop it. I have end trip by yesterday, another guys pick bicycle from me .I locked and he opened lock by using his mobile no.but problem is that bill amt. Deducted from me please solve my issue as early as possible

I couldn't unlock the cycle..still it is standing the pedl station and I am not able to end my trip.. duration is almost 3 hours.. and I m getting sms for standing charge even.. what a bad service u provide..pls don't cheat customers like me. Please help me to end the trip at least.
