[Resolved]  Zoom Car — I got extra charge for almost two days even if I locked my bicycle.

I am from pune and my cycle no is 3221933.
I used pedl only for 4-5 mins and locked it manually because app wasn't working properly and today i got a message saying that trip has been ended and i have charged a huge amount. Please do something.
I didn't use bicycle more than 4-5mins then why so much bill and i am pretty sure that i locked the bicycle.
