It's been almost 10 days and i haven't received my refund. The policies says it takes 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed in case of kotak credit cards. If you guys can't stand with your own policy, how do you expect to be of considerable service. Its only now that i realize that there are many others that you guys trouble with such issues. And after this you guys have the audacity to not reply to the emails sent to you but forward your advertisements to us to increase your sales. Please process my refund or else i'll have to take bigger steps here.
