[Resolved] Zoom Car — im complaining about my refund of money by zoom car | |||
On jan 11 i booked a zoom car and i paid the total of 4, 300 after the trip i should get the refund of my money its almost more than a month but i have not recieved my refund when ever i try to call zoom car suuport they are not responding and not taking any reponsibility about the customers its just showing refund has been initiated but i hve not recieved any refund in my bank account, wrst service ever My booking id is:jps6fhwvm Was this information helpful? | |||
Mar 18, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 14, 2019 Zoomcar Customer Care's response Hello Shaik, Greetings! We are sorry as you have not received the refund yet. We did check and see that the refund transaction has been failed. Hence, we have created the refund through IMPS. Please note, within 24 hours a link shall be shared to your registered email ID. Kindly log into your Zoomcar account on the website and then click on the link. On the landing page, please add your bank credentials and submit. The refund amount shall be instantly transferred to your bank account or you can log in through the app. Navigate to your completed bookings page. Under the respective booking, you shall find the option "Get refund". Click on the same and add your bank credentials. Once done, within 24 business hours, the amount shall reflect in your bank account. Regards, Ramya. S | |||
