[Resolved] Zoom Car — invoice fraud for booking id jps6xn28o | |||
I have sent multiple emails to zoomcar to add my gstin to the invoice generated for the said booking id. The last response i received on email was: "with reference to your mail, we understand your concern regarding the booking id: jps6xn28o and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We understand your concern, the invoice is auto generated. Any changes to it internally shall not reflect in the invoice. Unfortunately, we would not be able to add the customer gstin number. Request you to bear with us." It is ironic that zoomcar is given me this in writing that they will not comply. I can easily take legal action based on this. Sheer laziness, i believe.
