[Resolved]  Zoom Car — irrelevant charges made for my booking

I got the pictures of some scratches in my mail by saying "we don't charge for unnecessary damages" i see the damages but those are not made by me... Those damages are made by the zoomcar executive at the pick up point after i delivered the car and he said since this accident occurred before submitting the fleet it's my responsibility...

Greetings!

We did investigate the above issue and see that the charges are appropriately levied on the booking as per the policy as you have damaged the vehicle during your reservation. We regret to inform that we will be unable to reverse/reduce the charges.

Ya the damage happened in my reservation time but it was not done by me... It was made by your executives... They are falsely blaming on me..
