[Resolved] Zoom Car — late fee charge | |||||
Zoomcar charged me 734 rs for 1hr its not fair. Though i tried to extend my booking from my side but its not working and customer told me that this car must be booked by someone else so cant they keep some gap between two bokings of same car. This is not ok must see through it. How can any selfdrive rental service can charge 734 rs for 1 hr. They told me that 300 rs will be charged and extra hr charge. They charged me 450 rs instead of 300 late fine and hr charges extra. They are making fool nowadays Was this information helpful? | |||||

Based on the escalation raised we did check on the charges levied on the booking. As the vehicle was not available for an extension you were unable to do the same. The vehicle was dropped off one hour late, hence, you have been charged for the same. We regret we will not be able to do much in this regard. Hoping for your understanding here.
