[Resolved] Zoom Car — levied 5k as inconvenience charges | |||
I am very disappointed to see that rs.5000 have been levied on my booking id # jps640gr2 as inconvenience fee. This is regarding the request i placed for getting the vehicle towed because i experienced issues with the car's clutch while going uphill. The car was unable to pick up after covering certain distance uphill. While the towing representative never reached on time as i waited with my family for 3 hours near the vehicle, i managed to drive the car downhill and on a plane surface and returned safely. On discussing further with the support team about the charges levied, i learned that there was no issue identified with the vehicle, while i can assure you that the car was immobile after a covering a certain distance uphill. While there is no clarity on the break-up of rs. 5000 levied as inconvenience fee, there is no means for me as a customer to understand on what basis those charges have been levied.
