Zoom Car — lost cycle

Hi,

I was using cycle 102482 in shivajinagar area, sambhaji park pune and stopped at a shop where it was stolen. I am not able to track the cycle and i have been charged 30rs since morning 8am. I have dropped number of emails through the site but its of no use. Also i am not able to end the trip. Please track the cycle no 102482 and let me know the location so that i can personally visit the place and bring it back to the pedl station.

Please take this issue as high priority.

i received an email from the team stating provide details from the Contact Us page of the website/application. I have already sent multiple emails through the same but havent received single response from their end. Please look into this ASAP as i am being charged for nothing
