[Resolved] Zoom Car — misbooked billing | |||||
I just want to book cycle no.100456. But unfortunately i have been booked cycle no.100567. This created so much problem for me. Cycle no.100567 may be at other station but it increases may bill also how can i look this cycle but i don't know where the cycle is? Also I get the call 24 hours after i made the booking regarding the damage fee charged to me. When I returned the car, the attendant checked the car and informed me that everything was ok.
Absolute shocking. I am going to lodge a formal complaint tomorrow morning.
