[Resolved] Zoom Car — money debited again against account | |
I had made a zoom. Car booking on august second, and paid rs. 5957 in total for the same. For some reason the booking was cancelled and i got a message saying refund will be initiated shortly. After waiting for almost a full month i complained to the customer care and got the refund on september 27th. For some reason today i get a message from. My bank saying rs.5957 has been debited from my account, and upon inquiring it was treated as a wrong reversal of cash and zoomcar has taken back the refunded money. This is ridiculous and i don't understand why this happened and why i am not contacted first before anything like this. There have been multiple problems caused to us by this company recently.
