[Resolved] Zoom Car — my account is unnecessarily blocked from zoomcar | |||||
Dear sir, My friends were wrongly using my driving license without my intimation from a fake mail i'd [protected]@icloud.com to book zoomcar although my dl was already uploaded in my id [protected]@gmail.com standing verified... I had repeatedly complained regarding this issue but zoomcar has always been replying that they need a mail from [protected]@icloud.com to block the account.. But the users of my driving license are denying to that inspite of my request.. Yesterday night that is 17th august 2018, i had uploaded my driving license and aadhaar again and my live photo, then i got it as approved from zoomcar, still when i'm forwarded to booking page zoomcar shows me that i'm blacklisted.. Swiped my credit card for 25k and expected to receive refund around 10k but still I have not received single paise.

We have made the necessary changes in your account. We have created the refund through IMPS. You will receive an email within 24 hours with a link, request you to login to your Zoomcar account and then click on the link. Enter your bank details and the amount will be instantly transferred to your respective account or you can initiate the refund by selecting the option " Get refund" in the application under the respective booking ID.
