[Resolved]  Zoom Car — my account is used by someone else

Hi team,

I had already raised multiple mail to zoomcar that someone is using my id proof (Driving license and aadhar) in there zoomcar account. And request to closed there account so i will create new account for myself.

But has been 3 month and there is no response from zoomcar end.

Kinldy help to close the running on my id.

Below are the details for the account holder using my id

We understand your concern here. We see that the license was changed from your end, hence, there is a difference in the account. We are sorry we will not be able to do the changes in the account once license approved.

If its not possible for you change the information. Could you please atleast block the account used by other.
so there is no misuse for that account.
