[Resolved]  Zoom Car — My Amount not refunded [protected]

I have cancelled few zoom car bookings and still amount not refunded back. As per there policy they hve to refund within 15 days. Now more than 45 days over but still refund not initiated. Customer care person also not responding properly regarding refund. They will say next week next week. Till now am not received any mail communication or sms or cal from zoom team regarding delay in refund status. Pls take appropriate actions against them.
