Zoom Car — my refund haven't keep

I have booked an car on zoom car and paid a security deposit of 2000 which they said they will return me on completion of trip which they haven't till now. And i have no way of reaching them. I tried to mail them to which i haven't got any reply. Zoom car customer care support is so lame. And only god knows when will i get my refund that i had paid them

Hi, I started my trip but the cycle didnt unlocked, but my trip has been started. I tried this for so many time. Not able to end trip also. It is saying "Request Time out". Please lock this cycle asap.
