[Resolved] Zoom Car — my trip is completed but security amount is not credited after one month | |||
On 15/1/2019 i booked a kuv car (Booking id-jps6futbl) and i paid the total of 3497/- after the trip i should get the refund of my money its almost more than a month but i have not recieved my refund when ever i try to call zoom car suuport they are not responding and not taking any reponsibility about the customers its just showing refund has been initiated but i hve not recieved any refund in my bank account, Was this information helpful? | |||

We are sorry as you have not received the refund. Upon checking, we see that the refund has been successfully transferred to the source account which was used while making the payment of the booking. I have not got my refund amount its almost 1 mnth completed of my booking its just showing refund is initiated..when ever we try to call to customer support there is no responce from the company and they are not taking any responsibility towards the customer
