[Resolved] Zoom Car — non payment of refunds since 40 days | |||
To whom so ever it concerned This is dr sreekanth. I booked car from mangaluru to bangalore on 3rd june 2020. I drove the car safely and reached bangalore without any temperament and gave the vechicle. Booking i'd is jps6nyeh1total cost of booking excluding fuel is rs 2169 and i paid rs 6344 which includes fare and caution deposit. Now they had to refund me rs 4175 which is not been refunded till date i. E 13 july almost 40 days. I dialled customer care so many times but no response. I personally felt very bad.
