[Resolved] Zoom Car — Non receipt of security deposit | |||
Dear sir We have booked the zoom car on 11th june 2020, for one day, by paying 3983 which includes security deposit of 2999 as per the communication message from zoom car we were supposed to receive the refund on next day itself that's on 12/06/2020, but it's been almost 21 days we haven't received any refund, If we try to reach customer care none there executives responding, We fedup with the service offered by zoom car, plase consider my complaint and do the needful at the earliest Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
