[Resolved] Zoom Car — not able to lock cycle and end trip | |||
I took a pedal cycle 3251979, when i unlocked i found that chain socket is damaged, so i parked the cycle at that station only. And when i tried to lock the cycle there is no locking clip so that i can push it to lock the cycle. I am unable to lock the cycle. My trip is continuing since more 3 hrs. I am unable to end the trip. And also no one there to assist. I didn't found any customer service support number for pedal service. It's 12 pm in night. I left the cycle and came back. Please help to lock the cycle as well as end the trip. My cycle id is : 3251979 Was this information helpful? | |||
